Jacinta completed the Purna Yoga Teacher Training Auckland, New Zealand in 2013. She also completed certificates in prenatal & postnatal yoga and mums and bubs yoga.

Almost all of the wonderful moments in our lives are being experienced if our attention is fully focused in this moment, NOW. The time seems to stand still for a moment. This is exactly what we are doing if we are meditating

That yoga can make you calmer, more flexible and shining we all know by now. On many websites and in books, you can find the many benefits of yoga. Therefore I will not bore you with it. Instead I will tell you what characteristic is about yoga with Jacinta! For me it is important that you feel welcome, not only when you come for the first time, but again and again. Every body is unique and every body has had an unique journey behind and ahead. In my classes you are invited and encouraged to listen to the signals of your body. For that reason I will offer you different variations and options during the class. And because there doesn’t exists ‘one sizes fits all’ we would like to challenge our body and mind one day and the other day we would like to be more soft and mild for ourselves. I enjoy the connections that arise between yoga students during and after my classes. Above all, I would like to share my passion and love for yoga with you with a little bit of humor, since I am not taken my thoughts or myself too seriously.
