Meditation

Almost all of the wonderful moments in our lives are being experienced if our attention is fully focused in this moment, NOW. The time seems to stand still for a moment. This is exactly what we are doing if we are meditating. Meditation is known for its positive effects when stressed. If you meditate regularly, you will become more equipped to deal with stressful events and it is easier to relax. As described above, meditation doesn’t make your mind more quiet, but you will connect with the always present stillness within. It goes without saying that you can experience inner peace, joy and contentment when you connect with this stillness.

Jacinta believes everyone can meditate. Often we first need to let go our expectations and ideas about meditation. She has experience with providing meditation courses and also offers tailor made meditation sessions for individual or corporate organizations.
